1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Taotubao (the "Service", accessible at taotubao.cn and video.taotubao.cn) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Service. The Service is a content production tool for e-commerce sellers: you upload your own design materials, generate product photo sets and short videos, and may optionally post videos you created to your own TikTok account.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: the phone number, email address, or other identifier you register with, and your password in encrypted form.
• User Materials: the design materials (images, patterns) and templates you upload or select, and the photo sets and videos generated from them.
• TikTok authorization data: if you choose to use the optional posting feature, we receive your TikTok user identifier (open ID) and an access token through TikTok's official authorization flow, with the permissions you approve (such as permission to post videos on your behalf).
• Service logs: basic operational logs such as request time, task status, and error records needed to run and troubleshoot the Service.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate the Service: store and render your materials, deliver generated files, maintain your account, and provide support.
• To provide the optional TikTok posting feature: using your access token, we transfer the specific video you explicitly confirmed in the app to TikTok's interface, along with the title and settings you chose, and we read back the posting status to show you.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your User Materials to train any machine-learning models.

4. TikTok Integration

• The posting feature is performed only after you explicitly confirm each post in the app. We never post to your TikTok account without your instruction.
• Your TikTok access token is stored encrypted and used solely for the posting actions you request and to check their status.
• When you post, the video content and post settings you confirmed are transferred to TikTok, which processes that content under TikTok's own privacy policy.
• You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the account in the Service, via your TikTok app settings (Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services), or by contacting us. We will delete the associated token upon revocation.

5. Storage, Transfer, and Third Parties

• Your data is stored on cloud servers located in the People's Republic of China. If you use the TikTok posting feature, the video you choose to post will be transferred to TikTok's servers outside mainland China as part of the posting action you requested.
• Service providers we rely on include cloud computing and storage providers. They process data only on our instructions.
• We may disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of the Service and its users.

6. Retention

• Generated photo sets and videos are kept for a limited service window (currently about 2 days) for you to download or post, after which they are automatically deleted.
• User Materials are retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service; you can delete them in the Service.
• Account information and service logs are retained for as long as your account exists or as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to request deletion of your account. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the Service, or contact us via the contact channels published on taotubao.cn.

8. Cookies

The Service uses only the minimal cookies or local storage needed to keep you signed in and the app functioning. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.

二、我们收集的信息

• 账号信息：你注册时使用的手机号、邮箱或其他标识符，以及加密存储的密码。
• 用户素材：你上传或选择的设计素材（图片、图案）与模板，以及由其生成的套图与视频。
• TikTok 授权数据：如果你选择使用可选的发布功能，我们会通过 TikTok 官方授权流程获得你的 TikTok 用户标识（open ID）及访问令牌，权限范围以你授权时勾选的为准（如代表你发布视频的权限）。

三、我们如何使用信息

• 运营本服务：存储与渲染素材、交付生成文件、维护账号、提供客服支持。
• 提供可选的 TikTok 发布功能：在你于应用内明确确认发布某条视频后，使用你的访问令牌，将该视频及你设置的标题与发布参数传输至 TikTok 接口，并回读发布状态向你展示。
• 保障服务安全、防止滥用。

我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将你的用户素材用于训练任何机器学习模型。

四、TikTok 集成说明

• 发布功能仅在你于应用内逐次明确确认后执行，未经你的指示我们不会向你的 TikTok 账号发布任何内容。
• 你的 TikTok 访问令牌加密存储，仅用于你请求的发布操作及状态查询。
• 发布时，你确认的视频内容与发布参数会传输至 TikTok，由 TikTok 依其自身隐私政策处理。
• 你可随时解除授权：在本服务中解绑账号、在 TikTok 应用内操作（设置与隐私 → 安全与权限 → 应用和服务），或联系我们。解除后我们将删除对应的令牌。

五、存储、传输与第三方

• 你的数据存储于位于中华人民共和国境内的云服务器。如你使用 TikTok 发布功能，你选择发布的视频将作为你指示的发布行为的一部分，传输至中国大陆以外的 TikTok 服务器。
• 我们依赖的服务商包括云计算与云存储服务商，其仅按我们的指示处理数据。
• 在适用法律要求，或为保护本服务及其用户的权利与安全所必需时，我们可能披露相应信息。

六、保存期限

• 生成的套图与视频仅保留有限服务窗口（当前约 2 天）供你下载或发布，到期自动删除。
• 用户素材在你的账号有效期间及为提供服务所必需的期间内保留，你可在服务内删除。
• 账号信息与服务日志在账号存续期间或适用法律要求的期间内保留。

七、你的权利

依据适用法律，你可能享有查阅、更正、导出、删除个人信息，撤回同意以及注销账号的权利。你可以直接在本服务内行使大部分权利，或通过 taotubao.cn 公布的联系方式联系我们。

八、Cookie

本服务仅使用维持登录状态与应用正常运行所需的最少量 Cookie 或本地存储，不使用第三方广告或跟踪 Cookie。

九、未成年人

本服务不面向 18 周岁以下人群，我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。如你认为有未成年人向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们以便删除。
